All cakes are custom designed and made to order, using only the highest quality ingredients. Popular flavors include orange, red velvet, vanilla almond (classic wedding cake flavor), dark chocolate, coconut rum, marble, carrot, hummingbird, lemon, "Aunt Dora's" cream cheese pound cake, strawberry dream cake and, of course, vanilla. However, I am happy to recreate family recipes where applicable (some recipes do not lend themselves to stacked wedding cakes). I have also made cakes translated from other languages....so suffice it to say, I am open to any special requests one might have. There are many different kinds of fillings that can also be used, although some do not lend themselves to being displayed in a venue outdoors. Often I get photos of several different cakes and end up creating a design that incorporates different elements from different cakes to create a completely unique design.
